OUR EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

No Returns Due to Product Health Safety
We do not accept returns due to product health safety, This is why we offer our Find Your Fit Guarantee that gets you a replacement band in the size that fits best. Simply contact us at Support@thebulgeband.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate an exchange.
Exchanges: Find Your Fit Guarantee: Returns not allowed. Replacements only.
- Please provided order number for fast service.
- One replacement size per customer within 30 days of order date.
- If band is Damaged (herein defined as shipping damage, loose or missing stitching, or misaligned label) within 30 days, contact us for replacement. We will need a photo to verify the band quality.
- Replacement band must be same color and width, unless out of stock.
- All replacements shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with estimated 4-5 business day delivery or similar service. Choice of carrier and delivery speed at discretion of BulgeBand.
- Approval of concessions at discretion of BulgeBand.
Refunds: Man to Man Guarantee: If we can't find your fit and you don't like the feel, contact us for a refund within 30 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is initiated, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thebulgeband.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items and sale items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Bands will naturally conform to your body and are not considered deformed. If you need to exchange it for the same item or different size, simply send us an email at support@thebulgeband.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will found out about your return.
Shipping
Do not return the product. Refunds and exchanges handled through email correspondence.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t accept or guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions may apply after 30 days at Louder LLC's full discretion. Louder LLC reserves the right to give and remove exceptions at any time without reason. Contact support@thebulgeband.com to begin the return/exchange process.
